Coast Wine House / Galbreath Reality
Then
In 1833, Orange Davis built this building as a one story stone home. In 1890, a second story and front porch were added. From 1833 to 1983, this beautiful home was a residence. In 1983, this building became the home of Ha’Penny Bridge Imports of Ireland which sold a variety of gifts imported from Ireland. Dubliners and visitors alike cherished this store and its offerings for more than 30 years.
Today
Coast Wine House opened in 2019 and is a genuinely comfortable space devoted to the pleasure of shared experiences. It is a contemporary wine-forward bar + bottle shop inspired by a blend of the spirit of coastal California and traditional wine country cafés, markets and bodegas. In contrast to the conventional wine world, Coast does not take itself too seriously. The mood is decidedly relaxed and the wine is pleasantly chilled – providing for a welcoming and wonderful customer experience. The friendly and honest vibe of Coast is very similar to that of Galbreath Reality, also making their home at 75 South High. In addition to being honored with countless awards for excellence in real estate, honesty, trust and communication are at the cornerstone of the business, resulting in quality clients, great business partners and friendships.
