I would like to introduce myself to the HDBA Board and members at Large. My name is Sharon Adamek, and I am excited to announce that I will be serving as your new Event Coordinator.

My Husband Bob and I have been residents of Dublin for over 25 years. We have one Daughter, Kaylee who is a Senior at Lake Erie College. We currently reside in Coventry Woods. I enjoy being a Service Board member for Syntero and a Mission of Sight surgical team member in Jamaica. I am also a DIF board member. I love to cook, shop, workout and help my daughter and her team with horse shows.

I worked for the City of Dublin in the Recreation Center for the 18 years. My job as a Program Logistics Specialist, called for me to plan events, coordinate logistics, work with vendors and help to assure the success of our programs. I hope my relationships with administrators in the various City departments will be an asset to this position.

I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to meeting all of the business owners and managers in the Historic District.  I want to learn more about your businesses and your thoughts about how the association can benefit you. This part of town is more than just my home. This is the place that my family shops, dines, supports, volunteers and feels passionate about. I hope my open communication style and organizational skills will help to pave the way for many more successful events and I can help to meet the membership needs.
